RewardzNetwork Daily Giveaway Official Rules

1. HOW TO ENTER: Every member of any RewardzNetwork site is automatically entered in the daily raffle to win the daily prize. The daily prize is determined by RewardzNetwork before the winner is drawn. The daily prize varies, and not every prize is of the same value. Enter online by signing up for a RewardzNetwork site, which includes any site under the rewardznetwork.com domain or the getrewardz.com domain. Signing up on multiple sites does not increase your chances of winning. You can also enter without signing up online by sending a post card with your name, email address, postal address, phone number, and date of birth to RewardzNetwork Daily Giveaway, PO Box 16641, Alexandria, Virginia 22302.
2. SELECTION OF WINNER: Winner will be chosen by randomly selecting one RewardzNetwork user from all verified users. The drawing shall be conducted every day at varying times. There is no limit to the number of times one user can win; each drawing is independent of the previous day’s drawing. The winner’s name, hometown, and number will be posted on myhome.rewardznetwork.com. We will not contact each daily winner. Each daily winner must click the link on myhome.rewardznetwork.com to claim their prize. If the winner does not claim their prize within 48 hours of seeing their name and RewardzNetwork User ID number on myhome.rewardznetwork.com, the daily winner forfeits all winnings.
3. ODDS OF WINNING & PRIZES: The daily prize will be determined by RewardzNetwork management. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible users on the given day. RewardzNetwork reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Please allow up to two (2) weeks for delivery of prize from date of winner confirmation. Taxes and fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of prizewinner.
4. ELIGIBILITY: Promotion is open to participants 16 year of age and older regardless of US residency. Anyone under the age of 18 must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian. If resident is under 16 years of age a parent or guardian may have the gift awarded under their name. Employees and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse, sibling) and household members as well as employees of affiliated and parent companies, advertising and promotion agencies and anyone involved in this promotion’s production, development or handling are not eligible. This promotion is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void in Puerto Rico and where restricted or prohibited by law.
5. VERIFICATION OF WINNER AND DELIVERY OF PRIZE: Winner must click the link and claim their prize within 48 hours of seeing his or her name on myhome.rewardznetwork.com. Winner forfeits all prizes if he or she does not claim his or her prize. RewardzNetwork will not be responsible for prizes returned as undeliverable. If prize is won by a resident under 16 years of age, it may be awarded in the name of a parent or legal guardian. Winner agrees to use of name, address, likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation to the extent permitted by law, any such use with respect to minors to be subject to prior approval of parent or legal guardian. Participants must have on-line Internet access as of the promotion beginning date.
6. GIFTS/PRIZES: Gifts, prizes, and other promotional items are non transferable, may not be re-sold and are subject to availability.
7. DISQUALIFICATION : If any participant in this giveaway is found of multiple accounts, fraud, false information, cheating, tampering with the results/system you will be disqualified from receiving any type of prize in this giveaway. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods and persons using any such methods will be disqualified. RewardzNetwork reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Daily Giveaway or website; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. You will also be investigated and proper lawful actions may be taken. RewardzNetwork will hold your account(s), remove you from this giveaway and if needed the proper authorities will be notified. If you have been awarded a prize and you are found of any of the above RewardzNetwork has the right to not distribute your gift. RewardzNetwork has the right to request identification and/or contact a user under any suspicion. If user does not comply they will be disqualified.
8. GENERAL: This Sweepstakes is void outside the United States, Canada, where prohibited or restricted by law or company policy and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. RewardzNetwork is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, garbled, incomplete, misaddressed, postage-due, or misdirected entries, prize claims or mail. In the event of any cancellation, termination or suspension, a notice will be posted and a random drawing will be held from among all eligible entries received prior to such time. RewardzNetwork reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant if his or her fraud or misconduct affects the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Participants, release and agree to hold harmless RewardzNetwork, its affiliates, their respective owners, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the award, participation in this Giveaway, or participation in any of Giveaway-related activity. By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules.
